That little squirt looks suspicious to me. He's on the list, but I would be Noriega is not.
Query Mr. Fed- you are Noriega's lawyer- where does he go? France wants him, so does Panama. Where does he go to stay out of the can? Hialeah is a good start. No one can ever make heads or tails out of the street addresses there.
That should read "I would guess Noriega is not."
I think he should hide at your house. No one knows where that is... and I'm sure you have plenty of room.
