CA11 nominee Nancy Abudu

The Vetting Room has an interesting post about her here.  The conclusion:

Throughout her career, Abudu has not hesitated in taking strong positions on the law, even where a court has ultimately disagreed. While her advocacy is likely appreciated by her clients, it is also likely to draw strong opposition from those who oppose the positions she has taken. Republicans may particularly highlight Abudu’s presentation of Florida’s felon disenfranchisement policies to the UN Commission on Human Rights, arguing that the move approves international oversight over American policies. Ultimately, while Abudu is unlikely to get much bipartisan support, she also remains a favorite for confirmation.

Anyone who equates voter ID with Jim Crow, advocated for the fraud that is the SPLC, and wanted the UN to meddle in state election law should not be a federal judge.

Just saw the news about Breyer. Does anyone know where I can find the application form?

Glad to see the stench of racism still floats over the white collar bar. (Or should I say, white color bar.)

In person voter fraud is exceptionally rare, but lots of black folks don't have ID.

Voter ID laws don't solve the miniscule attempts to perform in-person fraud, but they do stop black folks from voting. Of course, the racists, who all flock to the Republican party, don't want black folks to vote.

If you are for voter ID laws, just put on your Klan hood and be proud of your racism.

Will the race-baiting, hateful left ever be able to come up with a single person who wanted to vote but couldn't get an ID? We're gonna need a lot of Klan hoods given that 60+% of African Americans support voter ID.

Leaving aside the ad hominem nastiness of your comment 9:24AM, here's some information:

Amen And Amen Again... let's have no whitewashing of history in Florida. The only fraud going on was done by the squatter that left Whitehouse Jan. 2021.
I suspect there are a few white robes under the black robes in Florida...Jackson will be a breath of fresh air to the bench...

Nasty? LOL. I'm not the one who said anyone supporting Voter ID is a Klansmen.
That's a great article at the link:
--Most of those listed as having no ID actually do have ID's issued before 2016
--Notes three quarters of the way into the article free IDs are readily available
--Georgia has had record black turnout in last two elections even with its voter ID requirement
--Matching ID numbers will actually result in fewer disqualified ballots than matching signatures does
--Doesn't ID a single person who is unable to obtain an ID and vote
The Klan really needs to step up their game.

Let's not forget the recent discovery of 14 fraudulent GOP electors in 7 states... the fraud is at much higher levels than the voting box. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain...
