Basically it allows for video and telephonic hearings, but only for out of custody clients. It does not continue jury trials. The order is good for the next 90 days.

Please dont post this here but this is an interesting story of Blue Chip states with 2 GOP senators. This guy is getting railroaded for speeding tickets and other nonsense. I applaud the Biden administration to appoint who they feel is qualified. But this garbage is what happens. Let everyone get a hearing though and have up or down vote
