All jury trials and grand juries in the SDFLA are continued until October 13, 2020
That's the latest administrative order from Chief Judge Moore.
Thanks for all the tipsters who have emailed the Order to me. I will post it as soon as it is on the Court's website.
There has got to be a reckoning with this soon, especially here in the south where the people want to reopen. If you can get a haircut or go to a bar, you should be able to get your constitutionally guaranteed trial. The courts will need to get creative -- space jurors out throughout the courtroom, etc. This can't go on forever.
