Next time you have a guest blogger, try to find someone from the civil practice side. The Southern District has a ton of civil litigation, and some are even worth mentioning on the blog.
Our last guest bloggers were South Florida Lawyers and Julie Kay... Civil, no? Anyway, you wanna volunteer?
Settle down. I was not taking a crack at you. It was just a suggestion. South Florida guy is civil. True, but not a lot of actual blogging on civil federal cases. Julie is good, but not a lawyer.
As for volunteering, I don't have the wealth of inforation that you and the other bloggers do.
There aren't too many civil trials, unfortunately. You want blogging on summary judgments and motions to dismiss? I'll try, but that's a tall order.
