Wait, I'm confused. Doesn't the attorney tell the police officer that she does NOT represent the man? If that's true, what right does she have to impede the taking of the photo?

I think the state attorney arrested her, not the police. The SA put the cuffs on, right?

I understand she represented the man being photographed in a different matter. So that's a tricky one.

Get use to it, civil rights are history folks.
