Harris's. Singulars that end in an "s" are followed by an apostrophe and then another "s" when in the possessive form. See APA style guide: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/grammar/possessive-nouns
Harris’ and Walz’s. Just looks right.
Wrong rarely, if ever, looks right.
