BREAKING -- JNC makes the cut to 10 finalists for district judge
The 10 finalists for the 5 open seats in the Southern District of Florida are:
Roy Altman
Antonio Arzola
Benjamin Greenberg
David Haimes
Peter Lopez
Rodolfo Ruiz
Raag Singhal
Rodney Smith
John Thornton
Melissa Visconti
It is a very good list. Process worked well. Everything was on time which was amazing with 35 people in the room. Many with big egos. Chairman Kadre deserves credit for cracking the whip and creating process while allowing an open process. Lucky not to be working with him. Imagine having to deal with him on you all day. LG asked tough necessary questions. Boy is he picky. What will he do next? Thought such a large group was headed for disaster but kept it together.

Is this a mistake?
Angel Cortinas~~~ didn't make the cut???
No one knows fraud better than Angel ~~~
It was that weekend at Bernie's...
What’s next DOM? When do we expect the senators to pick their 5.
Mediocrity is alive and well
The only thing that surprises me a bit about that list is that it contains, I think, only two applicants from Broward and none from Palm Beach.
Only one woman. Shame on you JNC.
If only more women clerked for Judge Moreno, the JNC could've picked more women.
Rumor is that White House has not committed to sticking to the JNC list.
