That's Ron Paul at the Republican debate last night. Of course he's right, but why is he the only one (Democrat or Republican) to admit it?

putting people in jail for use or sale of drugs is a joke.
He's the only one willing to admit it because he knows he has no legitimate chance of election and is ok with it.
