1. Because professors do not know how to lawyer.

2. Because they are afraid to lose.

3. For credibility reasons. Check out the argument from last week in which Justice Scalia is talking about gold teeth.

Who really cares? I am more concerned about the Sandusky's that are prowling our institutions and threatening our children and trying to figure out what we can do about it. So, f--- the Supreme Court and Brady.
