Tom Scott in the house....

Ken Jenne has put together quite a legal team. His lawyer is well-respected David Bogenschutz . BSO is represented by former U.S. Attorney Guy Lewis and Michael Tein. And now, Jenne has added former U.S. Attorney Tom Scott (pictured here on the left by the Miami Herald, Bogenschutz on the right, and Jenne bottom left insert; article here).

That guy belongs in prison. WTF? I only hope the prosecutors have enough spine to do the right thing and not bow down to TS. Don't give him a deal and then let him roll on all his friends like the rest of the federal defendants.

Tom Scott is for free because he is there to serve Guy Lewis' interests not Jenne. USAttys office needs to demand return of the BSO $ paid to Lewis and Tein as part of plea agreement and expose what they did in overbilling and improperly doing Jenne's personal work.
