Is it just me, or does the need for months of "additional investigative work" before indicting the case say something about the confessions?
Sounds like the FBI stole the case from Agent Gibbs from NCIS!
Responding to Jared: No, what it sounds like is they tried (or did) cooperate before getting arrested. Either that, or the agents tried to track or trace the agents they reported to.
On a separate note -- I heard that David entered an appearance on the Rodriguez-Orejuela case. No comment?
Jared -- it is strange, isn't it? I'm not sure what to make of it, except that anonymous may be on to something...

Good point. But usually a confession + cooperation = use immunity.
