That was RBG speaking at the Second Circuit last week on how the Court so far this Term has been relatively cordial and not split 5-4 (only 11 cases so far). But the gerrymandering case and the census case are still out there with the Term coming to a close.
Lots of other tidbits in this Washington Post article, including Kavanaugh's hiring of all women law clerks, tipping the balance of female law clerks over male for the first time in Court history.
She also said that the retirement of Justice Kennedy was “the event of greatest consequence for the current term, and perhaps for many terms ahead.”

Yes. I believe the testimony at his conformation hearing was that he preferred female clerks and he liked them to look a certain way. VERY CREEPY.
And Tiger Mom funneled him female students who had "the look."
Creepier than Uncle Joe? LOL

Dude, in what world do you live where sniffing a woman's hair is creepier than sexual assault? Or grabbing them by the pussy, for that matter.
Sniffing the hair is only creepy while DJT's acts are criminal.
Yawn. Now that we know precedent don't mean shit...the court will shift back and forth every few decades. Personally, I am looking hingforward to recognition that the right to own machine guns is protected by 2. The one thing that will remain constant is the trampling of defendants rights by the harmless error rule.
