Wonderful news. Although the President is illegitimate, this is an excellent choice.
Judge Ruiz has served with distinction and honor in the County Court and then in the Circuit Court. Despite hos background which was devoid of criminal experience, he quickly became one of our fairest, brightest, and despite his presumably Republican heart, compassionate judges. When he left, we missed him. Now, he will be a judge for the ages, and I suspect he will happily remain a federal judge. He will be a judge that all of us will be proud of and a judge who will serve our district with distinction. I feel sorry for the folks in Broward because I suspect once they are treated fairly and get some Broward talent, Judge Ruiz will return to Miami where I suspect he will serve for decades.
William J. Zloch is an honorable man and a very good judge. You can disagree with his decisions, but as far as criminal cases go, he views each defendant as an individual and tries to reach a just result in each case.

American exceptionalism at its best. MAGA!
Has to be a vast improvement of ZLoch.
Congrats to Judge Rudy!
Should Barr be impeached?

"A judge for the ages." Oh buy,

Zloch was a mean-spirited guy and treated all who appeared in front of him with disdain.
