On another point, DOM have you ever heard of a guy named Michael Flynn? Ever heard of prosecutorial misconduct? You dont comment on those issues anymore?
Just curious. I find it hilarious seeing supposedly serious libs defend the indefensible. I dont think they have even heard of Giglio. And no doubt, they have never had the big bad feds threaten to indict their son as leverage.
Given your credibility on the issue of prosecutorial misconduct, can you weigh in? Were the newly disclosed docs giglio? Brady? Both? Neither? Were the flynn statements material under 1001?
Surely you arent afraid to weigh in. Surely you dont ignore prosecutorial misconduct simply when the victim had an affiliation with a political party you oppose...
