"Your honor this is the Southern District of New York," Rossmiller said, in what may be fairly read as a veiled dig at the Southern District of Florida.— Adam Klasfeld (@KlasfeldReports) July 15, 2019

"Your honor this is the Southern District of New York."
That was the SDNY AUSA during the Epstein bail hearing yesterday. I wonder how SDFLA AUSAs think of the way that New York prosecutors look down on this (and every other) office.

Well, if life were Caddyshack, the SDNY would be Judge Smails
Case stats don't lie.
The SDFL has other misconduct brewing in the background.
And the SDFL is Al Czervik!!
You asked:
SDNY 2018 – 1434 criminal cases
SDFLA 2018 – 2286 criminal cases
SDNY 2018 – 71 criminal jury trials - 4 acquittals and 67 convictions (5.97% acquittal rate)
SDFLA 2018 – 111 criminal jury trials - 19 acquittals and 82 convictions (23.17% acquittal rate)
So, as you can see, Epstein should have hired lawyers from SD Fla to try his case (although Kevin Lomax probably couldn't even get him out of this one).
Who the hell is Kevin Lomax? Such a hotshot and nobody knows who he is? Didn't I just see him advertising on a bus bench next to a pain clinic in Broward?
