why anyone would accept an appointment from this maniac is beyond comprehension; but if you mean Alex Acosta that is a fine choice. and the added benefit for him is he no longer has to work with our miserable kind -- law professors.

"for being named as the nominee" ... or in other (and fewer) words: "for being nominated"
