Who is Rosenberg?

Robin is a very connected PB judge. She has been in the civil division for 6 years--never done any criminal. Her parents are $$$ Palm Beach money and big democratic donors. She likely gets the spot because of the $$

Judge Rosenberg is also married to former Palm Beach County State Attorney Mike McAulliffe.

I am sorry but, for anyone who knows these judges, this is the contiued diminishment of the quality of the federal bench.

DOM will probably censor, but its true

Rosenberg is a Princeton grad and Duke Law grad. She clerked for the late S.D. Fla. District Judge James C. Paine and worked at DOJ in the Civil Rights Division. She was General Counsel at Slim Fast before the company sold and a partner at H&K. She's received strong evaluations in the bar poll in PBC since taking the bench 6 years ago. She is highly qualified to serve on the federal bench and within driving distance to Fort Pierce. Kudos to the JNC.

continued diminishment?

To the contrary. I think the judges that have been appointed in the last ten to twelve years have been very good and have elevated the quality of the federal judiciary. Unless by diminishment you are lamenting the fact that white, male, former prosecutors are not the only ones getting appointed to the federal bench like in the good 'ol days.
