Lew Freeman who?
Lew Freeman finally surrendered today on an information, charging one 20 year count. The best thing that ever happened to Freeman is Scott Rothstein. No one seems to care about this case anymore even though Freeman was as well known as Rothstein. But the losses in this case are only 2.6 million instead of a billion...

They should assign receiverships to CJA lawyers---at CJA rates...the representation would be twice as good and investors would not be getting deprived of millions of dollars in "bonuses."
Anyone remember that it was Lew Freeman who was assisting louis Robles right before the wheels fell off the wagon . . . Maybe they can share a cell.

This dishonest man was a witness for the prosecution.
Like Bernie Madoff a charitable man with someone else's monies.
Now he's going to plea bargain to reduce his sentence. What a joke.
A criminal is a criminal is a criminal ... but, he always has the opportunity to "plea bargain" for a lesser sentence. Is that not the sign of a good lawyer at work, when he can get a "dishonest" defendant (Oops!), client to snitch for the government? Lew Freeman and Bernie Madoff are no different than any Juan Q. Publico in South Florida, or anywhere else.
