New lawyer for Narseal Batiste
Assistant Federal Defender John Wylie is now representing Narseal Batiste, the supposed leader of the terrorist suspects. I've known John Wylie for a long time -- he's a *great* lawyer.

David, is there anyone in the Federal PD office who is not *great*?
Some funny comments. Yes, you got me -- I am pretty biased since I used to work there. But generally, I think most (including the federal judges) would agree that the FPD's office has some of the best trial and appellate lawyers in Miami.

So David, now you also speak for "most the federal judges." Please..just report the facts, I am sure the judges do not need your support.
