To do so, you will first have to seek permission from the DOJ to make certain that they are not "the product of ill gotten gains." Once they have appropriately denied you request for information, you should turn to the Courts for assistance. With luck, the judge will order the DOJ to research the dogs' origins and make a determination. In the end, the puppies will have to be put down due to a clear and definite statement from the DOJ that they will never work to help any "potentially dirty son of a bitch."
Sometimes I lie awake at night worrying that at some point in the afterlife I will be called to account for my sins. I take comfort in knowing that if there is a heaven and a hell, there's no way that I will end up in the same places as someone who would cut puppies open to smuggle heroin.
