Trump Sues Wall Street Journal

 By John R. Byrne

President Trump has sued the Wall Street Journal over its Epstein reporting. He's represented again by Alejandro Brito, who recently repped Trump in his successful defamation lawsuit against George Stephanopoulos and ABC. Case hasn't been assigned yet. Complaint is below.

Once again, the SDFLA takes center stage...

Maybe the SDFL will also be host to the Russiagate cases.

The libtards can't help themselves. Hope they're ready to sign yet another check

"16. The Article was published in The Wall Street Journal as an exclusive. However, since publication, Defendants have widely disseminated it to hundreds of millions of people worldwide."

Who wrote this?!

The case was assigned to Judge Gayles.

Monday update: Case assigned to Judge Gayles.
Media spins around his original Obama nomination, overlooks over 10 years of federal bench experience. But does it matter?
Defamation cases are largely won or lost in the discovery & deposition phase.

So what. All comes down to whether it is true. Brito doesn't know. Only Trump and Ghislaine Maxwell know the validity of the document. Many know whether it is in fact in the case file and was found in Epstein's possessions. WSJ knows the validity of their sourcing. I find it very hard to believe WSJ would have published if they did not have extremely solid sourcing. Unlikely to be a coincidence that Maureen Comey fired day before story dropped and after WSJ contacted Trump on forthcoming story.

I have submitted comments that have asked thoughtful questions about juries and the reception of AI lawyers that haven't been published. But we can publish "libtards"? *eyeroll*

The WSJ is not a notoriously liberal rag, nor is Rupert Murdoch a liberal.

By the way, wrong to write that the SDFL is taking center stage, it is the center stage for this latest tragedy turned farce.

Remember this. The lawsuit will be withdrawn before discovery. Can you imagine what the discovery would be? Far worse than this article.

Good thing it was filed in Miami Division, so it can't go to the Maga(t) Robo-Judge in Fort Pierce.
