I wonder, did you ever mediate before Judge Turnoff? The man was epic. He was effective. And yes, he made the practice of law fun - is that a bad thing?

Interesting choices...
Don't know Stratton or Wilder, but the others are interesting and would be great.
Who are they?
Detra Shaw Wilder is the real deal. Smart as a whip and the utmost professional.
I don't know the others but I can confirm this about DSW.
I don't know Yeney, but the others are all good lawyers and people.
Missed it again. I think I should stop applying. But then everyone says we need another Turnoff on the bench. Or Goodman.
Turnoff was so much fun. The mediation sessions in his office full of toys and memorabilia were something for the books.
If I were a district judge considering whom to vote for as the district's next magistrate judge, "fun" wouldn't be my top criterion.
None of the January 6 defendants who were pardoned made the list? Surprising.

Who is this guy, a pro se? Sounds like a moron.
