Should USAO offices be tweeting?

 

I'm sure you're not surprised by my view.  What's yours?

Good pictures. Guy is ducked. And, going to…”I am Cuban, etc..”, as an excuse when he was born in the USA…gross. He did hold a pretty big presser, so may not be the best example.

Overall, you are kind of right. There is a public information roll that is important, but photos and facts that are so one sided, even if true, are only intended to sell a story of guilt and do go too far.

Inappropriate, prosecutors should not be promoting indictments, wins, or losses, much less promoting pictures of alleged evidence in a case still to be tried.

Agreed. I dont see how it is eethical when they go beyond merely stating that they indicted and seting forth the nature fo the offenses charge. The dog abd pony show the USAO put on in the Menendez' case should get him sanctioned. Tremendo come mierda.
