"[My health] is fine [and] my ribs are almost repaired."

That was Justice Ginsburg over the weekend.  That's good news.  More:
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said her ribs are "almost repaired" Saturday after breaking them in a November fall.
Ginsburg reassured a crowd gathered at an event in her honor at the Museum of the City of New York, according to CNN.
"[My health] is fine [and] my ribs are almost repaired," she said.
Ginsburg also said that, as of yesterday, she was able to do her whole workout routine with her personal trainer.
The 85-year-old justice cracked three ribs in a fall at her office on Nov. 7.
However, she was back working in her office and working out just days later.
Ginsburg has not missed a day of oral arguments in her 25 years on the court, despite cracking two ribs in 2012 and surviving two instances of cancer.
After her fall last month, supporters nationwide jokingly offered to donate their ribs to her, highlighting concerns that she may not serve the remaining five years that she promised.

Interesting argument on materiality:

A “material fact” is an important fact – not some unimportant or trivial detail – that has a natural tendency to influence or is capable of influencing a decision of a department or agency in reaching a required decision.

The argument goes his statement had no capacity to influence because the FBI already knew exactly what he said on the phone call.

But, alas, the statement of offense suggests he lied about matters beyond the phone call.

Flynn had ineffective assistance of counsel, himself pro se. Flynn is a nonlawyer and cannot be expected to know the legal meaning of words.

On Friday CNDC reported, "Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, undergoes lung procedure to remove cancerous growth"

"Ginsburg, the eldest member of the court and the senior justice of its liberal wing, underwent a pulmonary lobectomy. Two nodules in the lower lobe of her left lung were discovered incidentally during tests she received while being treated for rib fractures sustained in a fall last month. Both nodules were found to be malignant during an initial evaluation."
