...in United States v. Kopp. His concurrence starts: "Not surprisingly, I concur in full..."

It actually is the first time I have read an opinion of his that I thought was well reasoned and not snarky...then the concurrence.

Yawn. It takes a real judge to dissent from his opinion. Wake me when he does that.
