Speaking of the Castroneves case, Judge Graham is being honored today at the University of Miami: he's receiving the William M. Hoeveler Award for ethics and leadership in the legal profession.

I have to believe a whole lot is riding on the outcome of this case. if the government loses yet another huge case (tape recording attorneys, markus verdict, liberty city 7, 6, or whatever, etc., etc.), surely it's time to start talking about competency, training and judgment in the usao?
