Liberty City jury deadlocked?
The jury sent a note saying they were deadlocked today. Judge Lenard ordered them to keep trying...

Was someone seriously asking in a prior post whether the government would try this case again?
They'll try to convince all of us this is a terrorism trial no matter how long it takes.
Is it true that the new Allen charge in federal court goes something like this: "You people get back in that jury room and find this defendant guilty. He was indicted. They say he did it. You trust the government don't you? Now go do the right thing, unless you really really think he's innocent." ?

You have it right, except the last sentence is not included.
Seriously, does Acosta have the ganas to step in the courtroom and go after it?
