I think the defense IS ready, is the Government?
Is the trial really scheduled for October 31, 2007. No continuances.
Give me the case. I'll try it Monday. Of course, I'd have to get a continuance from Huck from Friday, which might be tough.

those pricks are going down big time. the pd will flip the kid as they always do. and the other one will be given the death sentence which is well deserved. thank god i dont have to accept ct appt cases. these are 2 scumbags i would like to prosecute myself if i could.
