1. DOJ has filed a notice of appeal regarding Judge Cannon's appointment of a special master. It also asked Cannon to stay parts of her order.
2. A man has been charged with vandalizing the Broward Federal Courthouse. The pictures don't look as bad as when the rain flooded the place:
