Trump Sues Clinton

By John R. Byrne

It's a long complaint and you can read it here.   In short, he alleges that, in the lead up to the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, among others, conspired to craft the false narrative that he was colluding with Russia.  It's a nine count complaint that includes counts for RICO, RICO conspiracy, malicious prosecution, and theft of trade secrets.  Judge Middlebrooks drew the case.  Peter Ticktin of the Ticktin Law Group signed the complaint.

Why on earth would Trump actually want to litigate whether he colluded with Russia? I wonder whether Mr. Tictin advised him that truth is a defense to defamation......
If I were Hillary or the DNC, I would skip the motion to dismiss and get right into discovery.

A search of the website for Trump’s attorney for the suit has been hacked or shut down:

Trump always does this right before something bad happens to him in order to deflect the media. One of his many lawyers must have briefed him on one of the many investigations pending against him. Expect an indictment today.

  5. FINALLY! The truth will come out. Fake elections. Actually fake states. Has anyone actually ever been to New Mexico?
Once discovery starts you will never order a pizza again.
The whole Clinton- Hurricane- California Drought-Russian Invasion-Ukranian Drone plan will come to light. How did the Clinton created fake California drought cause the Russian invasion, not to mention Dodge Coin and Kim K divorcing Kanye? All the dots will be connected.
    Finally.

I hope somebody fun like Judge Moreno gets this case. 108 page complaint, you say? Dozens of parties? Well, in that case, here's 3 months for discovery, and the trial is special set for the the Monday following Thanksgiving. Have a nice time!

To state the obvious: Judge Middlebrooks is *not* a good draw for Donald Trump.

Peter ticktin is a fool. Has a severe lack of a quality law school education. His broher, orthopedic surgeon in Hialeah was a joke before he died. He graduated from University of Bologna(true in Italy) His firm is a joke and Judge Middlebrooks is a strong liberal Democrat. I doubt if Tick has ever tried a case to a jury. He will be luckey if his a** does not get hit by Rule 11.

  10. You people will all finally see. Fake moon landings. Sen Cruz’s father killed Kennedy; Ted Kennedy faked Obama’s birth certificate. Kennedy was the first senator to endorse him you know. Bush’s CIA pals bugged Trump by wiring Trump tower when it was built because they were worried then he would run against Obama in 25 years. It’s all In the complaint. The videos of the fake ballots in Georgia being marked and then rolled into the back door of precincts. The 79 NYC blackout is key to understanding why and how Biden flipped Arizona and Pennsylvania with fake votes. When the dots are connected you will all be shocked. And the secret service will forcibly remove Biden from the White House. You think it’s a coincidence Madeline Albright died within a day of the complaint being filed ? Ha. She knew. And like Whitewater the Clintons are silencing witnesses.

Anyone check out that civil filing, and the lies on the cover sheet? Did any of the acts occur in the north part of the district?
