Breaking -- Ariana Fajardo Orshan appointed to state circuit bench

Gov. DeSantis just appointed our former U.S. Attorney, Ariana Fajardo Orshan, to the state bench.  She previously served from 2012-2018 as a state judge (she was appointed by Rick Scott back in 2012) and then as U.S. Attorney from 2018-2021.   

I wonder if this is a first -- a state judge becoming U.S. Attorney and then getting re-appointed to the state bench.

Congrats to Ariana!

    No coverage of Judge Moore ruling that schools can’t have a mask mandate because the State said so and yet continues to enforce a mask mandate on his own courthouse?

    Pretty sad when a US Attorney can obtain a high paying job in the private sector and has to resort to drinking on the public trough. Have fun listening to baby attorneys arguing over motions to compel answers to Rogs every day.
