Questions after Jeff Epstein charges

1. How does this affect the SDFLA civil litigation?

2. Will he get bond?

3. How will the SDNY get around Epstein’s previous non-prosecution agreement?  Is alleging different girls enough?

4. Will the case go to trial?

5. Will Epstein put the same defense team back together?

6. How will these charges affect other defendants considering pleading guilty if they might later be charged for the same conduct in a different district if that other district considers the sentence too lenient?

7. Why is the public corruption unit handling the case?

    1. Doesn't
    2. Not likely.
    3. Wasn't a plea, non pros...was illegal and therefore void/unenforceable. Also, did it have language that covered all districts or just sdfla? If only sdfla usatty office, the former doesn't matter anyhow.
    4. No...and there are going to be a ton of nervous rich men sweating out what/who epstein will be trying to serve up.
    5. No, we all know at least one (not our boys from down here) who will have at minimum a perceived conflict of interest and is a fact witness since he has admitted to associating with epstein on at least one occasion.
    6. Won't, unless they are trying to sneak some similar type of deal through, and this was a once in a generation type under the rug arrangement.
    7. Because rich dudes, some of whom likely held positions of trust in government, were involved (see order unsealing).

More interesting...does Trump comment on James Comey's daughter being part of the pros team? What about when Trump's association with epstein starts being discussed? Witch hunt, unfair, etc.?

Just looked over the agreement and it most certainly is limited to this district and state of florida. The better argument he will have is a pre indictment delay violation. He waived it if charges are brought in SD fla, but not another district. So that is where I would anticipate his major procedural defense lays. Of course, this all presupposes that his arrest is not part of a deal that he has already worked out...in which case, there are some folks who are seriously going to be having restless nights.

I hope he flips against Don the Con and Prince Andrew. Lock both of them up.

Wonder how they got PC to execute the search warrant at his home, where they found porn in his safe. If its not clearly child porn, bringing it up is a dirty trick. It was probably the idea of Comey's daughter.

Clinton?, Trump?, Andrew?, Dersh?, I hope that anybody who committed crimes with him is exposed and prosecuted. I would hope that Democrats and Republicans can agree that anybody who trafficked in children, regardless of party affiliation gets what they deserve. Yes, I admit I will enjoy it a bit more if Trump is included; you feel free to do so if Clinton is as well. Oh yes, I am fine with locking Hilary up too, even though I voted for her.

If it was child porn, they wouldn't be calling it photos of younger looking girls, they'd call it child porn.

You think they are holding back? LOL i don't think so
