Update to yesterday's post on flooding in the Broward Federal Courthouse

Acting Chief Judge Donald Graham sent the letter below on Wednesday to the GSA regarding the flooding.  You can read the whole back and forth, but GSA's position is absurd -- that the flooding will be fixed by February 2014.

You can see the videos from the courthouse here.

Zloch dropped the ball (pun intended) when Fed. Gov had money to allocate to new fed ct in Ft Laud several years ago. We do not need the lavishness of the Miami courthouse. One like Ft Pierce would be fine. You can make jokes about it, but important work gets done there and they should build a courthouse that can last more than 20-30 years.

If you're genuinely shocked that the federal government can't fix some flooding in a federal courthouse within nine months, you may want to sit down before someone tells you about the implementation of Obamacare.

Uh, Obamacare was a Republican idea before a Democrat was elected President.

Oh, well then it will totally be implemented without any problems at all.
