Dead Friday

Anyone working today?

Back to regular blogging on Monday.

2009 should be exciting -- trial #3 of Liberty City 7, trial #2 of Joe Cool, trial (or dismissal) of the Ben Kuehne case, Dolphin playoffs, and possibly 2 new district judges in the SDFLA because of judges taking senior status. What else?

Have a nice long weekend.

The case of Ben Kuehne needs to be dismissed. Sheesh!

I agree that it should be an exciting year. But, it would be an excellent year if Ben's case is dismissed, and there's finally an acquittal for all of the remaining defendants in the Liberty City 7 case.

The Dolphins can win if they contain stop Ray Lewis and Ed Reed.

I note the total lack of objectivity some bloggers have here. Maybe all criminal defendants should just get a judge's dismissal or just be acquitted nov in 2009 irrespective of the facts and/or law and whether they wear bow ties or are well-liked. Further, wWhy not just try the President and Cheney for some nonsense charges while you are at it. Even if they are acquitted they could still be sentenced couldn't they? The blogging seems inconsistent with the stated content of the cite, i.e., court doings in the SDFla.

How about a bit more objectivity and legal scholarship. We conservative assholes expect more from you liberal dipstick assholes.

I'm going to do major bong hits in the Ravens locker room before the game. Getting them stoned is the only way the Dolphins can win on Sunday.

Ed, can you give your thoughts on the performance of the current us atty, compared with that of his immediate peedicessor?

Acosta was a failure as far as brady goes. Jimenez doesn't understand that brady is a case as opposed to a bunch of people on a TV show.

Current US Atty cannot even make his tie knot look impressive. Never understood his qualifications to be SD Fla US Atty. Immediate predecessor was acceptable, but nothing special. Now that they both will come looking for me, are you satisfied?
