Doesn't that photo violate some type of federal ban on photos of federal buildings? Congratulations David, on being added to a watch list!

Which of the three racially-mixed men would make the best President? Barack Obama says that he has the best judgment to set foreign policy because he went to Harvard. James Blake says he would have gone to Harvard after he was accepted, but his tennis career was a detour. Tiger Woods reminded the other two that he went to Stanford, his judgment is impeccable, and told them to shut up during his swing. All three of the men are well-liked by huge crowds.

I think he was put on a watch list when he started practicing federal criminal law - isn't everyone?

  5. I'm not shut down so much as FROZEN by Google robots, I kid you not. What has happened is that some "spam" that a crazy person put in the comments section a few years ago and which I missed was discovered by a Google robot which is programed to freeze a blog that they think is a spam blog. There is a review process by humans, and I have been "promised" I will be thawed out by tomorrow. But thanks for the invite.

Get your story straight Rumpole, now the spam was a few years ago? Better re-read your posts you April Fool!

  7. OK Genuis. Then you tell me why I'm not posting? I don't know what the spam is that caused it. The only thing I found was some old spam of lawyer's email addresses that a crazy person used to put on my blog before I went to moderation. In speaking with Google they told me that email addresses in comments are one of the things their robots will look for. If that didn't cause this, then I don't know what did. But you tell me exactly what I'm gaining by not being truthful about this? I'm in town- comments are being cleared. So obviously something is up.

Tisk Tisk Rumpole. No doubt you are locked out, but admit that it was because your April Fool's joke backfired. Be a man/woman, own up to it.

  9. 1) I'm back.
    2) Draw your own conclusions about my blog being hacked on 4/1/08.
    3) What possible advantage could I have in not posting since then. I posted the link to the Google message I got when the blog was frozen. Nobody knows what caused the robots to seize the blog, but I think it was the old spam. Something did.

    4) I have decided I don't like you 9:26 am. Jerk.
