    We would have been ready in the civil division for the wave of habeas petitions, etc. that will follow this spike in criminal prosecutions. But 8 new civil AUSAs were sidelined on Jan 21. Even the summer interns. Brilliant.

      Not to worry. “Rest assured” that you can still “employ” unpaid law student externs to do this critical work. Well, unless those law students go to schools that believe in diversity equity and inclusion. Or free speech. Oh never mind you’re screwed.

      We are opening up for NEW intern positions, since they terminated all potential equitable hires... these can do the hand salute and show their federalist society cards..Oops we are not supposed to co.okaun on blogs anymore per the US Attorney's email....
