Embry Kidd confirmed to the 11th Circuit

 Pretty big news regarding the 11th Circuit today. Congratulations are in order for Judge Embry Kidd, confirmed today. He takes Judge Wilson's seat.

      In the sense that Judge Wilson was a great judge, and he replaced Judge Hatchett, first black judge to serve on the FSSC and 11th Circuit.

    Can’t m wait for more…’even if error, it was harmless. Affirmed.’

    Then 1983 dismissal cases that cite those and say…’there is no clearly established precedent demonstrating that xyz is a constitutional violation. The prior cases on this issue said if there was error it was harmless. It did not find a violation’.

    Such a travesty. He will not be any different.
