DeleteIn the sense that Judge Wilson was a great judge, and he replaced Judge Hatchett, first black judge to serve on the FSSC and 11th Circuit.

ReplyDeleteThen 1983 dismissal cases that cite those and say…’there is no clearly established precedent demonstrating that xyz is a constitutional violation. The prior cases on this issue said if there was error it was harmless. It did not find a violation’.
