  1. I am so in awe of the bold, confident, terribleness of this that I'm not even mad.

That's civil litigation. All day. Everyday.

Case name and court please? Don't be greedy. We all want to look it up too.

It's certainly creative. But I think it's only distracting from John Byrne's forthcoming post on the H. Ron Davidson shenanigans.

And how does H. Ron still collect taxpayers' money as salary?? He's been an idiot since he was in Major Crimes!

I like it. Good device, the paragraph that it followed just wasn’t that big a deal, so it flopped. But creative and sometimes you gotta try new things.

1:13 on the prior post…actually, what is really, really messed up is that the report intentionally misgenders both people as “she” while criticizing a lack of candor.

That pretty clearly demonstrates the illness that led to the problem in the first place….that doj at all levels considers it appropriate to be deceptive when it suits their purposes. So…who investigates the investigators who put out that misleading statement? What the Fuck.

In light of this post why no coverage of the boat case opus?
