With Judge Robin Rosenbaum moving up to the 11th Circuit, we now have room for Judge Robin Rosenberg.
It's nice that things are starting to happen in the District. Pretty exciting stuff.

Judge Jordan's appointment to the 11th Cir. created the vacancy Judge Rosenberg would fill, so Judge Rosenbaum's elevation really isn't what's creating room for Judge Rosenberg. Instead, it will create a new vacancy to be filled.
