Notably, William Thomas was left off of the list. This really is too bad as he never got his chance for an up or down vote with the Senate. The federal judiciary's loss is the state court's gain.

ReplyDeleteThere are consequences to elections. The people of the state of Florida elected a right-wing zealot to the United States Senate. His actions and their consequences cannot come as a surprise to anyone. We get what we deserve.
