Verdict in Steiner case
The verdict is in for Steve Steiner and Henry Fecker. It was a 54 count indictment. Fecker was found not guilty of all counts and Steiner was found not guilty of about 75% of the counts. Trial was before Judge Kathy Williams.
Credit goes out to Valentin Rodriguez and his investigator Peter Feldman for a great job in defending Mr. Fecker !!!!!! Great job guys!!!!!!! Not guilty on all counts (over 50 counts) in federal court is once in a lifetime experience........
I wonder if Jay Weaver will print a story on the verdict or just ignore it since it disfavors the US attorneys office.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Steiner is going down for a long time.
ReplyDelete3:26 pm - you were right....Weaver turtled. No where to be found. remember "Where's Waldo?" how about "Where's Weaver?"
ReplyDeleteI am curious why when prosecutors lose, they want to blame everyone and everythign else other than themselves and that they tried a crappy case.
ReplyDeleteCome one dude: the deck is stacked for you every time. And you STILL lose???
Time to hit that insurance defense practice.
