ReplyDeleteI have to believe a whole lot is riding on the outcome of this case. if the government loses yet another huge case (tape recording attorneys, markus verdict, liberty city 7, 6, or whatever, etc., etc.), surely it's time to start talking about competency, training and judgment in the usao?
