Former AUSAs say BS? Friends and former partners of Ben's? Legal pundits who would not know 1956 (money laundering law) from the much, much later year of their birth, say BS? Until the eleven (Eleventh Circuit) or twelve (jury) say no BS, Ben is in deep S. The more the commentator ilk say, the worse it is for Ben.
"Ellen Podgor, a law professor at Stetson University, in St. Petersburg, called the case troubling because it could make defense lawyers afraid to represent drug suspects."
She could always write a law review article or blog (moan) about developments in the case. Maybe Roy B should have hired her to investigate the source of the funds. (LOL)
