Guinea pigs

According to today's DBR, the probation office will begin moving into the new Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. federal courthouse in January. But none of the other occupants (including judges) will start moving in yet.

At least we know the end date for exposure-liability purposes for the subclass of probation officers in the class action that will be coming down the pipe for the mold in the post office building will be in January of 2008.

rumpole you are barking up the wrong tree. unlike your blog, markus here has his lips firmly placed on the collective buttocks of the federal bench. if only he did what you did on your blog

  4. Now now, leave my favourite federal blogger, David O Markus with a K, alone. Harvahhhhd doesn't breed the kind of street radicals that the tough streets of ...woops almost revealed where I was from. Well, lets just say Mr. Markus can be counted on to fight the good fight. On that we have no doubt.

David allows you jackasses to criticize him without pulling it down. You, on the other hand, don't have the guts to even identify yourself! Must be an AUSA.

hey 827 jackass. do you really think that it is magnanimous for markus to have an interactive blog and not censor thier comments? YOU sound like a reactionary AUSA who doesnt believe in allowing people to speak their mind

At least 8:27 and 8:10 agree that unreasonable behavior by "jackasses" must be the work of AUSAs.

It is finding that kind of common ground that makes this season so special.

    Oh anonymous -

Why do you feel the need to be so hurtful?

Just because AUSAs are sometimes not nice doesn't mean they are not capable of being nice sometimes.

  11. I knew it. As soon as David got a little edgy humor on his blog, the Marshals have abducted him. As we speak he is at the "Fred Moreno re-education center." This morning's class: "The new courthouse is safe and fun."

Don't worry David- we will rescue you. Hold on buddy.
