Judging the judges

    Appropriately, K. Michael Moore is ranked in the Bottom 10 Judges in the nation. It takes alot to be so lowly regarded, but since he has earned his place it's nice to see one of our own get national recognition. Drink a toast to K. Michael Moore -- coming in #4 from the bottom.     therobingroom.com also lists us as having four of the top ten judges/magistrates in the country. That kind of balances out Judge Moore, don't you think?

    Did anybody check out the comments on therobingroom.com about district court judge Coleen Mcmahon from the SDNY rated next worse than Judge Moore. Here's the link. http://www.therobingroom.com/Judge.aspx?ID=1418

    Judge K. Michael Moore destroyed my stepfather, Eduardo Masferrer. I witnessed him in action. He is not only one of the worst ten judges, but one of the worst ten thinkers and I would say human beings.

    Great website! Who says Article III means never having to say you're sorry. Now at least attorneys and civilians alike have a voice to respond to some egregious conduct on the bench and we can heartily commend those who serve the interests of justice as well.
