People who need a certain level of indecency to satiate themselves? Gimme a break.

Lemme ask, do the liberals on the court have an agenda too? Just curious. Maybe it's just the vast right-wing conspiracy? Do tell!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9615048.post-76476051968042757972017-12-21T09:17:30.772-05:002017-12-21T09:17:30.772-05:00Dear 7:39:

I will say that the conservative judges on the Court have an agenda which they have executed to near perfection.

Second, part of this agenda fulfillment is done through the en banc process. Please review the court's en banc selections over the last decade. Let us know if you disagree whether the majority of cases that are selected for en banc review involve panel decisions that favor the poor and criminal defendants.

Happy Holidays.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9615048.post-46924285055452824802017-12-20T19:39:32.943-05:002017-12-20T19:39:32.943-05:007:25 somehow I think those who disagree with you a...7:25 somehow I think those who disagree with you are not so evil as you allegeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9615048.post-81504506614808845492017-12-20T19:25:34.888-05:002017-12-20T19:25:34.888-05:00This case is a very carefully crafted exercise by ...This case is a very carefully crafted exercise by its authors. Of particular interest is footnote 1, which states that in determining claims of qualified immunity, the Court is to "accept plaintiffs' version of the facts."
I do not think this will be subject to en banc review; there is enough insensitivity to common sense and indecency preserved to satiate the right wingers on the Court.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9615048.post-10627685147051050682017-12-20T14:01:15.941-05:002017-12-20T14:01:15.941-05:00I sense an en banc coming.
