The cour...The Criminal Justice Act is under-funded. The courts are under-funded. Why? Congress rightly see the courts (judges) as corrupt. Congress exercises what little oversight they have over the courts through (de)funding. Its bad judges, rotten, corrupt judges, the bench for life bunch, and state cronies who can’t earn a living practicing law any longer. None of this will change, until we dump the adversarial process, and replace lawyer-judges with non-lawyer professionals.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
