Stupid question (probably).. why is everyone on the judicial nominating commission from the private sector (except someone from a county attorney's office)?
they know Senator Nelson...
motion for recusal of Judge X based on opposing counsel's membership on the JNC; (1) opposing counsel filled senator nelson's pockets during his campaign for re-election, (2) senator nelson appointed opposing counsel to the JNC, (3) the JNC unanimously nominated Judge X to be appointed, (4) president agreed and appointed Judge X, (5) Judge X keeps denying my motions [which might just suck] and granting opposing counsel's motions;
- isn't there recusal in state court based on contributions made to a judge's campaign? could the same apply to federal judges?
I was thinking about coming down there and enjoying the sun and fun of S. Beach - Any insights into the local politics?

Read the Prophet Jeremiah, 31:31-34Chapter 31 verses 31-34. This piece of scripture is a reference to the holy spirit after the departure of Jesus Christ. I'll write back next week after you've had a chance to read these short verses.
