Hung
Bill Barzee just hung his second jury in a row, this time in the Iranian Night Vision Goggle case. Here's Vanessa Blum's Sun-Sentinel article.
Well, what you really have to watch out for is Agent Sadusky (who always gets his man (or document)) and of course, Nicky's dad, who can be something awful (just ask Hitler and watch out for the pineapples).
BREAKING FEDERAL BLOG NEWS: Super lawyer Billy Barzee retained to represent blockbuster federal client in most important "driving while license suspended cases" since OJ picked up a DWLS.
Barzee issues a "no comment" on identity of his client.
How did Mr. White take the verdict. Did he call Winston Wolf for the retrial?
